This five star review is just for Kathy at the deli department. We ordered subs about 15 minutes to close. Kathy was the nicest sandwich maker we have ever had. She made sure that all of our needs were met and exceeded all expectations. Kathy deserves to be supervising this place as the guests needs and experience is her top priority. Kathy had very good manners, and was extremely nice. I was so surprised at her attitude because we came in so close to closing. She was constantly smiling and making fun conversation with us, and making us feel like a valued guests. I hope that her superiors see this review and take notice of her impeccable service. Kathy we love you and we love your sandwiches. We will be back.

This publix is not as crowded but the customer service is absolutely above and beyond what is expected! Not that any other publix doesn't do that, they just make the experience here a little more unique! Fast and efficient plus they have a great vegan section in the produce area! Made some great vegan tacos!

They had the Dllo Bella olives on sale for $4.99, the cashier very rude told me that they are $7.99 and that maybe I grabbed something that was beside it. It was another guy (bagger) and they did not even intent to at least go there and check the price. I told them to take it out off the bill, that I did not want it . Bad customer service, I guess next time I would have to take pictures of the deals. That happened April 18th at 6:43pm.

They have gone down hill the past few months. I've always filled my prescriptions here and have always loved the service. Communication lately is NOT their strength. I'm on medication I cant abruptly stop and tried to prepare for the holidays and not be a last minute person. They never called me to get approval to order an extended release version that was expensive so I called after hearing nothing. Then was told they called and left a voicemail but THEY DIDNT because I checked prior to calling. I gave approval yesterday at 2pm after almost 2 days of hearing nothing. I called today to check on my alternative my doctor called in as I'm out as of yesterday and was informed they never ordered the ER medication I gave approval for so now ill be out of my medication again. I've worked in a busy vet pharmacy so I understand the overwhelming amount of prescriptions that come in especially during the holidays. I was prepared and they dropped the ball twice. I will be taking my business elsewhere as I can't keep chasing down medication I need to function daily. I felt zero empathy and it was kind of like oh well call your doctor. I pay so much money for my prescriptions every month and now I'll be paying more elsewhere for better customer service. I used to love publix and recommend to all of my friends but not anymore. What's the point of having a pharmacy if you can't fill orders same day. Last few months I've had to call everytime and rush them and I don't enjoy doing that. Sad to say but I'm done with Publix Pharmacy.
