How do you have the best location spot for traffic/customers and be the worst Starbucks in Siouxland? Was out of stock on a lot of items and we waited for almost 20 minutes for two drinks. are you serious? who's managing this place.

Absolute chaos in this location. Waited a good 15min for a cold drink. Doing my best to be patient, the gentleman working the drive thru noticed how long I had been waiting and got me some water. I asked the drink makers what the status was on my order and was told my ticket hadn’t come up yet and I’m probably in queue since they are 25min behind. My ticket had not printed yet and I’m “probably” in the queue even though the customers that ordered behind me already got their drinks and left the store. I asked another staff member to just change my cold drink to a drip coffee. She said okay. Then went back to the register and started taking orders of new walk ins. I left after that. Never have I seen a Starbucks in such disarray.

Don’t waste you time coming here if you want anything to eat, they are literally out of 90% of their food items every single time I come which is every day. The manager bust not be ordering enough. You’ll wait in line 20 minutes and they don’t out drink stoppers in. But they will gladly ask for a tip. They will say “ sorry sir we have no muffins but would you like a cheese danish? Uhm no obviously I don’t want that as it’s disgusting. Order your muffins and sour dough grilled cheese please!!!!

I don’t write reviews very often. But this was hands down the absolute worst Starbucks I have visited. I just waited 27 mins for my Americano. The staff was in no rush to fulfill orders. Although I counted 6 “baristas”, only 1 (sometimes 2) were making drinks. The rest were wandering around, or cleaning, or chatting. At the 25 min mark I went up to check my order, 2 mins later, I had my Americano. There was another girl who was waiting even longer for her drinks standing next to me. Poor thing. They didn’t even acknowledge my wait, or apologize.

Slowest Starbucks ever. Takes 10min for them to take order at drive thru, then another 10-20min to get the drink. Literally sitting in the drive thru writing this review...annnnd waiting.....
