I placed my order with a lady named Shawano I asked for a venti Blond roast. She said they don’t have it brewed, I asked if they can brew a batch she said NO. I asked can you do a pour over once again she said NO in a very rude manner as she rolls her eyes, as if how dare I ask for something. She tells me I can give you a blonde espresso. I accepted the espresso. Then she goes and whispers something to her co-worker, and they both just started at me with this disgusted as if.... The her co-worker Jawano, instead of working on my coffee continues to play with her phone for a few minute. As I walk around to the pick up counter, noticing a line of 4 + people, Jawano is still playing on her phone. The 3rd person is busy putting a trash bag in a container, and no one seems to care to work. Never seen such horrible customer service in any Starbucks.

Not quite sure why I needed a bag to cover a bagged cake, but ok. I always thought that the cake was pre-sliced and served. Little did I know it been prepackaged.

This was by far the worst Starbucks experience of my life. I went to grab coffee on May 22, around noon. There were 3 girls working there, but i would hardly call it working. One was in the middle of taking my order, and then she literally just sat down on the floor and started to look at her phone. She pointed to another girl to finish taking my order. The other one came over, chatted with the one on the floor for about 2-3 minutes then finished taking my order. I went to wait for the coffee, and could see the first girl, still sitting on the ground, texting. Then the third one who was making the coffee was ALSO texting instead of making coffee. They were all incredibly careless about the fact that the line was crazy long, and they weren’t trying to get people their drinks. Ridiculous. I tried to be polite, but at that point, they couldn’t care less about the work they were doing.

Decent Starbucks location with a somewhat limited menu. Great for early mornings or late at night when you need to push through. Love their new flat white drink, espresso drinks, and lattes. Their black coffee is hit or miss. Love their little sandwiches and snacks they have as well.

Worst customer service.. I ordered 2 decaf coffee they were running out. Then ordered 2 medium hot coffee the CSR who take my order wasn't pay attention. Did not gave my receipt didn't ask for my name.. After I asked for my receipt then he found it. The took care of 4 different people who order after me. I was very patient however I noticed everybody agmfter me was receiving their order. When I asked for mine they didn't know what was going on. They even make my coffee. I asked for my refund because that bother me a lot. What kind of customer service you guys have when your employees are joking and ignoring the customer.. Shame of your customer service.
