Called St Simon Drug Co. needed to get a prescription filled due to being on St Simons Island longer than planned with the virus going on. The woman pharmacist was not only rude, she wouldn't even take the time to call our local pharmacy up north. Thank God for CVS who got it done for us.

Long time customers. Tommy and his crew are just THE BEST. Nothing like a locally owned drug store. And they have lots of puzzles which may be useful these days!

Friendly and caring pharmacist on duty, always there to answer your questions. A true hometown drug store. Wonderful gift store in the front. Free delivery, too.
