My family (full of picky eaters) really enjoyed. So much that we wish we could bring Sea Salt Healthy Kitchen with us but will visit next time we’re in SSI!

Wow, this place really knocked my socks off in every way! It's not just because the food was excellent, but it was the care that was taken while preparing and serving it. The first thing that struck me was the wide range of plant-based options available. Being vegetarian in southeast Georgia can be challenging. But not at Sea Salt. I chose the "build your own" wrap, and it was amazing! The pesto aioli sauce was perfect and all the vegetables and fruits were fresh. The wrap was packed with flavor. The best part was the softness of the wrap and the fact that nothing leaked out because they took the time to sear the underside where it all came together. This is the kind of meal that is a pleasure to pay for. It's been a while since I've eaten somewhere that takes this kind of care to enhance the customer experience. I also appreciated the compostable take-home containers. And don't forget "dessert." We had the Chia Bowl which was divine. If you want a change to the routine "fried/meat/cheese" that is a staple in southeast Georgia, I highly recommend Sea Salt. You will also certainly impress your out-of-town guests with a meal here, as well. I can't wait to return!

So nice to have so many gluten free and vegan choices! We enjoyed everything we tried. The mango ceviche is phenomenal. My husband enjoyed the Mediterranean bowl. The tomato soup and black bean soup were also great. We love how fast and convenient this place is. Can’t wait to return!

I got the steak chipotle wrap with the side salad and it delicious. Very fresh and filling and the flavor was right on. They were kind and packaged it to go for us. They had a lot of orders and handled things calmly and orderly and seem to be very popular even at 2 on a Saturday. We were rushing off to a movie and they hurried as fast as they could. Thank you so much!

Smoothie bowls are SO GOOD! I was surprised and stoked to discover this gem was near by while I was stationed at FLETC. Everything is delicious and leaves you feeling revitalized! If you’re in the area go support this place…you’ll love it!
