After trying to use my debit card after 2 tries at the gas pump, I go inside ( which I didn't want to), and the cashier said they're taking cash only. He nonchalantly told me that I could go to the teller machine and get the cash. I was like, "DAH, I didn't know that!" This Speedway needs better customer service. The company needs a backup plan instead of saying Cash Only. Many people don't carry a lot of cash, if any, with the convenience of cards and digital ways to pay for items. I intentionally seek out Speedway stations for gasoline and goodies as evidenced by my accumulation of over 52,000 Rewards points.
This old lady wouldn't sell me a cigar. I'm 62 years old and retired...she told me l need my id to buy a cigar. Common sense can see I'm an older man. I will never go to a speedway again....never.... Thanks to Circle K for given me the great service l deserve. Screw speedway!!!!!!!
Had trouble with my card. Call customer service and they handled it with no problem.
Gas prices very competitive and easy to access and exit station. A little cramped inside and price a little to high. Bathrooms clean and they have the usual snacks, drinks etc.
Gas pumps don't expect debit cards so you have to play what pump will work I asked for help was told to pay inside and they wanted cash now more pumps don't work it's been a long time since it's been pointed out do you ever plan to repair anything
