They went above and beyond for us. We needed some Van Halen albums for a funeral arrangement. They held the two they had and gave us a great deal. Really appreciated the service and the family loved the arrangement so much it was the only arrangement they took home.

Assuming the owner but gentleman working behind the counter greeted me and offered his assistance. He was laid back but approachable. While he was helping other shoppers, I discovered he had a couple of record players set up with head phones so you can try it out before you buy any of the pre-owned. There’s a room in the back that I found was my favorite spot of the store to try out records. Definitely worth visiting! Will definitely be back!

I am just here after reading the article about Ivan Rebroff. It was one of the most entertaining pieces I have read in a while. So, I am leaving this review as a way to say thank you because the article/wiki/bio was written by the owner of this place. And it was pretty fun. Maybe someday I will visit the shop, even though I am not into vynil yet, they seem to haunt me already for a bit of time. Maybe it’s a sign that I should start, who knows. Went to Southtown Vinyl for the first time for an event on Record Store Day. What a great experience. The staff is friendly, the record selection is amazing. The Meet and Greet with Hunter Hayes was so smoothly run. Thank you, Southtown Vinyl for a great experience.

Nice shop. Owner is a really good guy! Willing to help any way he can. Good selection of new and used. Prices low to competitive. They have CD’s as well as lp’s. Great layout. Easy to find what you are looking for!! Thanks
