I own a LCW Stretch Limousine, When the Company LCW Emblem was stolen off the side of it I expected a pulling teeth experience to get a replacement. When I called Todd asked if I had a photo of the missing one and I was able to email him directly with the photo. Within minutes he responded that he could get it out in the mail same day ! I expected to pay for it but was sent free of charge! Very unexpected a business to continue to service years after initial purchase. HAPPY !
Great quality built vehicles and amazing customer service. The service manager, Adam, took great care of me and was super knowledgeable about the entire vehicle.
The Sprinter we purchased from LCW is spectacular. They fitted it with reclining monogrammed bucket seats, refrigerated drawers, a microwave and 3 TV’s. It is sheer luxury. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for a Sprinter.
