I order a Coney meal. Asked for extra chili. It was dry and tried calling to correct, but got automatic disconnection. Tater tots are cold. 1/2 got cold hotdog with mustard. Back to Bob Burger 5 miles away. Its worth the drive not to be cheated on price and tip.

Was helped by Katie? I think it has a k in it. Anyway she was amazing!!!! Best service I've probably ever received in my life. The system went down upon my arrival and she handled it like a boss! Cool, calm and collected in a time of crisis and insanely sweet!!! Hoping her awesome attitude and service skills can be recognized!❤️

I love the pretzel twists and that's why I go. However, I'm really annoyed that they gave the guy in front of me what I am pretty sure was my order, watched him give them back the bag immediately but he took a sip of the large drink before returning it to the window girl. They gave me my bag of food but also the same large drink. I asked if it was and she lied ( you can tell when someone hesitates before the lie). On the lid, the opening where you put the straw was all bent and open, because there was a straw there before. No receipt either. Either they have shoddy equipment or I might need to check my bank acct since they swiped a bunch of times.

Love their drink options. Foods ok, not my favorite. Best place for a cherry limeade.

I came here at 10:30pm and ordered some mozzarella sticks, and a few sips sweet tea. My stomach immediately started hurting after and now I have thrown up 6+ times from food poisoning. Idk what's going on in there but you guys need a health inspection ASAP or better cleanliness practices because it is pretty hard to get food poisoning from mozzarella sticks. Thanks a lot
