First time eating at Snuffers, I was very happy with the service, the atmosphere and most importantly the food. My server was very attentive, she took my drink order and my appetizer. I had the cheddar fries with bacon. Very good choice, I placed my order of chicken fried chicken with a house salad and mashed potatoes. The food was very good, not salty, not over cooked. It was very good. I look fwd to going back and trying other dishes on the menu.

You sit yourself. I was a bit bummed with trying this place. The patty meat had NO FLAVOR what so ever and was dry. Customer service lacks! Our waiter hardly ever checked on us, she seamed all over place lost. We always had to ask another waiter for something, and it was not a busy evening. Brownie dessert was not good almost as if it store bought cheep quality. Only thing good was their nachos and pickle chips. Wouldn’t come back.

I ordered meatloaf but received a hamburger patty with some sort of dark brown sauce. It was not a tomato sauce and not a gravy. The meat patty was dry. The corn was too spicy. The only item that was good was the sweet potato fries. I took the time to ask the server about the items before ordering and was not given an accurate description, but she did check on us in a timely manner. It was a little pricey as well. I would not recommend this place and will not go back.

This was our third time at this restaurant and last time . Waitress made a face when we talked about the cook I wanted on my burger , my view from the booth was 6 worker sitting down eating & licking their fingers, on their dirty phones while knowing they would be touching everyones plates, the manager he was at table as well. The place was not busy at all as you can tell with workers sitting down. 30 minutes later our food came out and the cheese fries looked good until you got under the onions, bacon, the cheese had been reheated then cooled then put more cheese on then cooled it was disgusting and I could not eat them . You had to cut them because you could not pull fries out . Manager had an attitude of don’t give a flip . I asked if they had a new cook he said no and just kept looking at us. Burgers were good but We won’t be back

Service is not consistent. The wait was to long for two burgers. The mushrooms were not cooked all the way and very oily. The burgers were okay but the bread was a little too toasted and they were not hot. This time we had a good server but overall the service seems to be dropping every time we have visited even when the place is not packed.
