We have hit the absolute jackpot with our groomer! Sandy got away from the pet sitter while we were out of town and she spent two nights running the streets in the Texas ice storm. She came home filthy and badly matted. Not only did Refined Canine take the time to get her all brushed out and cleaned up, they gave her extra pampering and attention, including painted nails, fancy bows, and rhinestones! They were also out searching for her while she was missing, along with many others from our amazing community. They are such fantastic people who truly care for their clients, both human and canine!
Refined Canine is the BEST groomer in town! They are so patient and kind! I’m always pleased with the services they provide for my fur babies! It’s nice to walk out of a place smiling and knowing that I can fully trust them to take the best care of my dogs!
The best review I can give to David, and Refined Canine, came from our dog Gus himself. When we went to pick him up, he was sitting with me in a chair, and as soon as David sat down on the bench, Gus jumped down, and went to David, for more pets and love! Gus is my husband Emotional Support Animal. My husband has PTSD from his time overseas in the Marine Corps. so to say that Gus is an important member of this family, would be a gross understatement. He is vital! It was clear that Gus enjoyed his time there, and that it didn’t leave him feeling stressed at all. I know David takes breaks with them, and treats them like he would his own beloved pets. Another issue we have had with groomers in the past, is that they want to give him a standard Shitz Shu cut. My husband has a very specific cut that he likes for Gus. David listened to me, and COMPLETELY DELIVERED, what we were asking for! If you are reading this review, I wish I could be standing in front of you, to urge you to take your pet to David at Refined Canine, because your pet will thank you, and you will be very happy! Honestly, call and make an appointment ASAP!
I literally cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Refined Canine! 😍 They were the epitome of customer service & got our boy all fixed up & smelling like a "refined" gentleman! Thank you so much for your kindness & professionalism!
Refined Canine did an amazing job on our pup! We took him in after not being groomed for an extended amount of time and they cleaned him up so nice! David and Michael were so kind and an absolute joy to do business with! Last but not least they provided us with pictures of our handsome pup after he was all cleaned up! Highly recommend them!
