Terrible location. Every Smoothie King I go to I always get a large peanut butter smoothie and it taste the same everywhere I go. Every time I have been to this location, they’re always rude. My drink is over $10. Today, as I got my drink as I was driving away, I noticed that it had no flavor at all and tasted very bitter. I went through the window and the lady was rude and said that I did not specify exactly what kind of smoothie I wanted so she just “rang me up a gladiator”. I said is there anyway that y’all could fix it? And she was like “I’m sorry no there’s not.” And I said really my drink is $10 and I never complain even though y’all are always rude. Every time I come come through here and the one time my drink is wrong and I want it corrected. You can’t fix it. And she then again said no, I cannot. I said well can I speak to your manager and she was like “this is her.” And then she said, but I can offer you a free smoothie card. And as I was driving away from the intercom, she said you know what I’ll just remake it, but not in a kind customer service understandable, problem-solving way. Since I have worked in The food industry in the past I do not trust workers once there is a disagreement I have seen all kinds of things happen. So once I heard that she was making a new one I was going to just ask for the free smoothie card, and save it for a good location. She never came to the window because she started making the new one. So I called the phone number and I told him he I just want the card. I don’t want it made because I don’t dressed disrespectful people. And the boy on the phone said “ uhh yeah she already is making it” therefore, I just drove away. I am polite. I don’t cause drama with people and I usually don’t ever have my orders corrected when they’re wrong at places. But for $10 for a drink only for it to be bitter with no sweetness at all in it is extremely disappointing. If you were going to be a manager, you should probably work on your problem-solving and customer service skills to remedy simple situations. It was literally a simple fix.

Don't know what all these negative reviews are talking about. My order was good i bought the banana boat smoothie it was good just like the ones I've tried in longview or tyler. Will be back

Usually this location is on point. The staff is friendly and the drinks are correct. But today my smoothie is full of chunks of ice and considering I’m on a liquid diet right now due to dental surgery that super sucks for me. My kids are in the car so I don’t have time to go back and have it corrected. Super disappointed.

pulled in to drive thru at 8:45PM and all lights were off on menu, the automated voice came over but nobody took my order. i then called to see if i could get an order to go and was told the plumber was working and they had water turned off so they had to close 30 minutes early. it was very obvious that no plumber was in the building being that they turned the lights off as i was on the phone with them while i was parked out front.

Horrible service! Went through the drive thru never took our order we had to come inside. Both smoothies were chunky and not good at all not sure if it was just the night shift or what! Definitely won’t be going back on the pm shift!
