Rooms that I've seen have always been well maintained. Staff and management are very nice to deal with. Pleasant experience.
Roach infested room, you're watching TV and a 3 roaches went pass the screen. $75 for 4 hours that was a rip off. The floor had food crumbs like if they never swept it. The only reason I give it 5 stars is because it's near Midway Airport.
Nasty rooms and dirty as hell! I wouldn’t recommend this motel room for anyone in the world!! And the rooms are expensive as though you are at the Holiday Inn motel and you’re far from that! Not recommended by anyone and or to anyone at all!! Bed bugs also!
1st to start the guy at the desk try to call up to the room to talk all wired the rooms are very dirty the only thing it had good was there was smoking rooms witch is really hard to find but the shower tub is so dirty u should shower with sum shower shoes and bring your own blanket and towles i hope they can clean these rooms up the tv didnt even work in one of them smh the couple next door was also fighting half the night yelling screaming of 40ty dollars . I would like a free stay for paying for that one night .12-15-23 .
you would probably feel safer just sleeping on the street. would not recommend staying here unless you want to fear for your life. check in staff was nice enough, room was questionable. the lack of peepholes was lovely for the times that people banged on the door and shook the handle... i presume trying to get in. a whole night full of screams of terror and anger from the other guests were comforting. 98% sure someone died during my short 10 hour stay :)
