Stayed in room 224 on Thursday, May 9th. Room was nice, though the mattress was a bit too soft. However, I'm used to a very firm mattress - so this isn't a slight against the hotel. I'm just used to sleeping on something a bit more firm. Both the night front desk clerk and the morning front desk clerk were incredibly friendly and very professional. Great customer service. The shuttle ride to the airport was great. I'd definitely stay at this location again. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Love the pancake machine! The noise from the airport was, at times, a bit loud - but that is to be expected. I don't understand why some people complain about it - you're staying near an airport! Of course you will hear the odd plane take off or land.
Situated amongst other hotels, but the customer service was exceptional. We arrived at 9.15am for a 3pm check-in time, and we were lodged immediately with the staff telling us to drop our bags and join breakfast. That was very thoughtful of him for us, who had an overnight flight. The breakfast had variety, refilled many times till it was over, and served fresh. With its proximity to the airport and a free shuttle to and from the airport, this is an ideal hotel for your stay in Bedford. There is a functioning gym on the topmost floor with freh towels and water. They are also surrounded by restaurants where you can enjoy American, Asian and Italian food. Will be back here anything I return visiting relatives.
Hotel conveniently located near the MDW airport The double queen rooms feature comfy beds, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee machine, chair and desk, and chair in the corner with reading light, bathroom with giant vanity counterpart. The bathtub and TV bolted to the wall are on the older side. As others have mentioned the TV is almost pixelated. The toilet in the bathroom is extremely loud when flushed but otherwise the room was solid. Breakfast was your pretty standard offerings. I enjoyed the pancake machine as well as the warm cinnamon rolls.
I stayed for 3 nights over the weekend. I had an excellent stay, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the building was quiet. The air plane noise was noticeable but that's not avoidable ring next to an airport.
Customer service is terrible. The staff is very unprofessional. I secured an event in October 2023 for July 2024 and I’ve been in constant communication and here it is the coordinator Caitlyn Maxwell is the coordinating manager over the events and she doesn’t know how to conduct proper business at all. A month before my event they’re saying they’re out of rooms, giving me fees that were never discussed prior to now, letting me know they don’t have the space to accommodate me for the event room I requested. I also tried reaching out to the manger she wasn’t any better nor did she try to accommodate me In any type of way. The event coordinator Caitlyn services all 7 of the hotels in the midway center. I would never patronize this establishment or any of its affiliates as this has left a very bad impression on me.
