I really like shopping @ Sam's Stuff. I don't think that you can save the amount of money that you think you are saving, but, I really appreciate the value of having everything you need in Bulk. I like buying the things I want in Big Containers. I also like going on the days they have the samples set up. You can walk around in a few circles and have yourself a free brunch. Trust me there's nothing any better than something Free. After you walk around the samples a few times, you can also have your exercise in for the day. It's a great combination. The only thing keeping this review from getting all 5 stars is no grocery bags. I think a company that big and that wealthy, could at least furnish cheap paper or plastic bags. I know that they offer cardboard boxes to carry your groceries out. But, it seems like every time we visit, the box bins are always Empty. With that little change, this could be a 5 star review. Everything else about my visit was top notch. Keep up the Great Work

Great Sam’s location with plenty of parking. Usual Sam’s selection of bulk groceries & household & business supplies. For anyone not familiar, Sam’s is a membership only store. The Cafe has exceptional service & was very clean. My husband and I each had a slice of meat pizza & he had a hot dog. Excellent flavor & very affordable.

Store is good, staff OK. Men's room is disgusting, stinks of old, stale urine. Smelled better porta-potty houses. Management should be all over this.

I have been going to the Brunswick Sam's Club for 5 years. The Bad: For the last 2 years, I have been bringing my small non-service dog (on a leash and in a carrier or buggy) to pick up her prescriptions at the Pharmacy when I needed to. This morning, the greeter (not friendly) and manager refused to let me in the store. No explanation given for the abrupt change. I needed these medications immediately!! I took my dog, went back to my car and called the Pharmacy. The Good: After speaking with Ashley in the Pharmacy and knowing me and how badly my dog needed her medications, I was able to provide my credit card number and she personally delivered the medications to my car. THANK YOU ASHLEY for ALL the times (not just this time) for ALWAYS going above and beyond to be helpful, kind and supportive. I appreciate you and all you do. And a huge shout out to ALL the Pharmacy staff and the great job you do!! I am extremely appreciative!! Maybe the greeter could learn a lesson from Ashley!!!

Love your store! On Friday 3/22/24 around 3:00 p.m. we enjoyed your hot dog for lunch. While having lunch there I decided to order a pizza for dinner. The topping for a meat lovers was very skimpy along with the cheese. It definitely wasn't what you have offered in the past. I would have returned it, but part of it was given to a friend. Sad pizza, Sad customer! Did you cut back on your quality or someone needs more training?
