We like our local Rite Aid. It is very clean and has friendly and helpful staff. The pharmacy is top notch and it’s always been great for answering questions, filling prescriptions and getting our vaccines.
The store personnel are fine, but the rest rooms are a filthy disaster! It has not been once, bur several times in the morning. The plumbing is NOT broken...its just filthy!! The lack of product seems to be all the Riteaids in the Seattle area. Their answer was to have store employees clean the filthy restrooms and not hire anyone. It is still DIRTY!! They want me to contact them. Go into the store with a professional yourself and CLEAN IT!
This is the second time I've been in this location, both times the item I was purchasing was the wrong price listed. Both times, I had to get a manager to rectify the problem. This time the cashier was extremely rude, after showing him a picture of the posted price, he said "Not my problem". Are you serious? This is how you treat your customers. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.
Pharmacy Very poor customer service on the phone. I can’t count how many tines I have call and spoken to one of the make staff in this department and they never say good by at the end of the conversation just slam the phone down like hanging up on you!!! Its really terrible and my only questions are regarding fill dates for my meds.
Shelves were sparse, but it's been like that each time I've gone in there, (3xs this last month) - I don't really care about that though; The only reason that I'm leaving a review for this place is because of how the clerks treated me when I was trying to when I was checking out. I tried to pay with a couple 50s and 3 20s for $150 total, The cashier lady looked at each one of the bills okay cool whatever, she then used the pen on each one of the bills, and even though it came back yellow on each one of the bills ( like it's supposed to ) she still called two people up to the front. The woman who came up to the front looked at the '50s and told me that they were fake that they don't have the strip and I looked at them and they did have the strip it was right where it's supposed to be, not to mention the fact that the pen came back yellow. So I had to pay with my card, not a biggie, The reason I'm complaining here is because this happened in front of a growing line of people, unnecessary, incorrect, and embarrassing. If I hadn't been able to pay with my card? I guess my feedback or suggestion to rite aid is at least make sure that your front end managers know how to verify that a bill is real.
