The employees need to go to customer service classes. We stopped in to grab a few things, and it was our first time there. There was one "woke" employee who was very rude. He judged us for no reason. I usually wear long dresses because of health issues and comfort. The only reason I didn't mark hate it is because we were able to find what we were looking for. We will not be going back.

I think I go here at least three times a week. If you’re making a quick dinner, Rics always has what you need. Or If your doing a last minute birthday party, they have everything from paper plates, ice cream to birthday cards :)

Chicken used to be fresh and good but recently I have bought raw chicken twice, both the times chicken smells awe full. Seems they are just changing the expiry dates. Please do not sell the rotten smell chicken. You are ruining people health

Very rude customer service from the overly tired cashier that can barely greet a guest without yawning in their face and saying hi with an extremely rude tone then explained to me that I shouldn't carry my 6 week old puppy that was in my or my wife's hands they entire time because the store director will scream at you for doing so. If that's the case why didn't anyone say anything to me when I walked right past them entering the store with the puppy in my arms. Oh and also this was the third or fourth time I've had him in there and he's been in there with the store director before and nothing was said. This cashier was just just bored and rude and now I'll never give Ric's Market another cent again

I love shopping here. Everyone is nice and personable. There is a certain charm to small local businesses that you cannot experience at large grocery chains. The meat department is fantastic and the fried chicken is a great family meal for the price.
