Bed was surprisingly comfy for a hotel. Usually they are hard as rocks, but this one was super nice. Sheets and duvet were sparkling white and clean and really soft.. staff was really nice and helpful, pool was really nice and clean, only thing missing was a hot tub lol.. the continental breakfast had great options, including the super cute mini waffles you can make yourself. I would definitely stay here again. Also it's very handicap accessible which is very important to me as i use a cane and a wheelchair. They even had a accessible chair that lowers until the pool!
My girlfriend and I head Jordan as are representative which got a situated. Extraordinarily clean hotel with an awesome pool open until 11:00 p.m. which was very exciting as me and my girlfriend did not arrive until 10:30 we still managed to swim in the pool for a little bit which we were grateful for she absolutely loved the shower in the room phenomenal water pressure! Best hundred dollars I've ever spent on a hotel room
This is my third year here for a public service management training seminar, staying at the hotel, and spending my days in the conference center for a week. The hotel staff has always stressed that this is our week to be taken care of, to let them serve us, which is something that we public service people are just not used to. They mean it, and they do it. I could not ask to be treated better. The rooms are comfortable, the hotel is attractive and very well-kept, the food is amazing, anything you need, they are there for you. I am a very low-maintenance guest, and am still blown away by how above-and-beyond the staff goes. I travel and stay in hotels occasionally, family vacations and whatnot, and would generally stay wherever. This hotel and its team impressed me enough to actually create brand loyalty; I signed up for the rewards program two years ago, and anywhere I stay now while traveling is a Choice hotel if at all possible, from a trip to Munising to an upcoming trip to Yellowstone.
I had a wonderful time during my stay here. Check in was quick, and my room was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk sent a fan to my room that I was able to use for my entire stay. This was a place where customer service really shined. Thank you to everyone who made my stay great!
The staff are amazing and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the beds are comfy. The pool was excellent for the kids. The breakfast bar was the best I’ve seen. We will definitely be back.
