This is a no go hotel.they are uncivilized Indians and only the whole family work there.most of them are old and customer service is zero and the price is way too much for the service.they don’t leave you alone enjoying your peace.they think they are allow to wake you up when they need service in your room.unprofessional,rude,crazy,arrogant and no respect for customers.we gave you visa to come here and you are trying to disrespect us?guys please don’t go there
Wifi doesn't work so I used my cellphone data. TV remote barely functional, you have to press the Power On button several times before the TV turned on. Cigarette holes in the sheets but the sheets were washed and clean. On the good side, the room was actually clean and comfy. No pests, no bedbugs, or no roaches in room 143. Stayed for 7 days and it was peaceful. I would rent again.
I don't think the person that said there were bed bugs knows what she was talking about but she was wrong. There are little bugs flying around outside and does come in rooms. Completely harmless. Stay was good. We had no problems here
When we got in the room, there was a strong mold smell. Then I pulled the blanket back and seen bugs. The sheets were also nasty. So I called the front desk. When they came to look at the sheets they were very rude. I asked for more sheets and another blanket. The blanket looked like it has never been washed. The place gave me the creeps.
I can say for certain that of my 3 experiences here I have not seen any ants or roaches. There was a fruit fly or two. The bathroom area was clean, however they dont provide enough amenities. Also, their towels are 20 years old and need to be replaced. As far as the customer service- it took an arm and a leg to change out towels and wash clothes from they're sanitation crew. They basically wanted me to promise to stay another night just to get clean towels. The cost is acceptable for the time. But truly the building's condition shouldn't be more then $50 a night, in my opinion.
