My family and I went yesterday to the establishments at Boardwalk in Bossier City. I normally don’t complaint. When we walk in the floors we’re unclean. We purchase the ticket at the concession stand. After purchasing popcorn drinks and movies tickets. We went into the theater. Where it was filthy. Trash all over the floors, In the seats. I itch the hold time there. At the end of the movies I had to go to the bathroom ridiculous nasty 🤮. Blood on the seat and floor. You have established that people go to it should be clean.

Employees offer top notch customer service, great concessions, nice seating with easily visible screen from all angles.

Called because I had a question only to be hung up on by the automated system. Then when it connected me to the theater I needed, I was told the number wasn’t in service any more.

not busy like it used to be,, almost all of the retail stores are closed or gone shut down permanently!!! but they still have restaurants and few more stores still!!

Ok... there was trash and popcorn on the floor right behind a worker.. I picked the paper up.. and then a Lead worker was so unprofessional when I said hello... I mean I don't know what she is goin thru but that isn't correct. I know we are fighting just to keep this place open cause of all the technology in the world.. it's sad that a new movie comes out on a Friday night and it's also a tad bit WARM UP IN HERE.. THE OTHER GUEST IN HERE ALSO SAID THAT.. you come to a movie it's suppose to be cold and cozy not hot... REAL TALK
