Fun trip, the drink service was fantastic while we were at the table games. Always remember to tip for even more reliable service. My friends hit it big on the slots and I had a good time with roulette. Blackjack was a bit fast paced. Seemed some of the dealers were rushing. Only complaint is that the pool closed at 10. By the time we went down to the pool it was closing. Understandable though considering there is no lifeguard on duty. Definitely don’t go wandering the city after dark unless you want to meet some of the city’s “less than friendly” inhabitants.

We stayed as an attempt to cute a bad visit we had a few years ago. It was my first visit to a casino back then and it was a disaster. The people were past rude then. The general manager gave us a stay night to help fix that issue. I’m happy they did. The pool is a great spot to chill a drink. Kids were lovely. And service was excellent. However we stayed up late and were not prepared for the hammering on walls at 7am the next morning. Mind you it was a Sunday morning.we woke and left. If we got to sleep in a bit then we would have stayed and played more but I was grumpy from being woke like that. I informed the front desk twice and it never stopped after being told they are not supposed to be up there working. So over all the place is wonderful now just ask if they have construction going on near your room. Kind left not happy but the establishment was great overall

Very pleasant experience. Will definitely be back! There are a lot of food options within the resort. Multiple bars. Huge gym. Spa. Casino. Pool! Under 5 can’t be in the pool ever. No kids after 8pm. Rooms are clean & designed well. Some rooms are conjoining. You can walk to a ton of places from the casino. Great view of the river. Friendly staff.

We LOVED the Chinese food place. The sports bar was awesome, and the pizza was delicious. Very nice gentleman working Saturday morning all by himself and it was busy but he was on top of it! I'm annoyed at the pool guy Jeremy. We were already there for 3 hours, and while we were getting ready to leave, he asked for our wristbands. We were like we didn't get any. While I looked around, there was not 1 wrist band on any person. He was like well yall need to leave and get some, we said we were already leaving because we needed to place bets. Then the front desk manager was like yes yall should have gotten them at check in. We were a 6 person group, and NONE of us who checked in at different times received wristbands. So why is that on us to have them do their job. Walls are paper thin, and I had to hear a couple having sex for over an hour at 8 am.

Recently stayed 4 nights at hotel. They were doing renovations but was not bothered by them. We had 4 people in our room and had to ask for extra towels. The second time we asked we were told they would send them but they never did. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful for everything else. All very courteous and professional. The casino is well laid out and fair variety of games. I had a little luck but games were a little tight. If you go plan to have fun.. not win much. Also we had to go to VIP services to ask for credits to be added to our player card to use at the restaurant. Thanks to an employee at one of the restaurants telling us. Not used to having to feel like I was begging for credits I earned playing. Take cash because the ATM charges 7.99 for each transaction.
