My family and I had a overnight layover, and this was near the airport.The shuttle service was included from the airport and back the pick up from when we called only took 10 minutes.The breakfast was great much better than other hotels. Staff was friendly, room was big and comfortable. My only complaint would be that they have a mini mart where they have snacks, toiletries and first aid items for sale. However no toothpaste, hairspray or travel hairbrush.
I don't wanna say anything too bad, as I was welcomed after midnight, and I was truly grateful for that, as well as the rate was awesome. Breakfast was decent, just like any other hotel breakfast. They had Pancakes n waffles, most hotels its usually one or the other. Didn't use the pool, so I can't comment. Parking was free and sufficient. Close to food and the airport. The rooms were clean and spacious, we got 2 full-size beds, and there was also a small living room with a pull out couch, so tonnes of space. The bathroom, however, needs some work. All I'm all I slept, I ate my vehicle was safe I saw no insects, it was good enough for me, after all it wasn't a vacation just passing through for the night and it served us well. Pro tip do not call the number listed on Google maps to get a room, try to get to the front desk instead.
Great service from the shuttle driver to the employees at the desk. Breakfast is free and it’s a balanced meal. Restaurant are a 15 to 10 minute walk. If you don’t like the nature walks. Ask for Call Sammy for a ride. He delivers and shuttles you around the area to the restaurants near by. For free he appreciate tips. Cool/nice guy. The extras little necessities sold at the hotels convenient store, are reasonable price.
Great place to stay if visiting Universal studios and Disney but want to be close to the airport. Only issues we had was a mix up on the paperwork and key cards for the room when checked. That led to a family entering our room while my daughter was sleeping. Reception took care of the issue right away but once you issue keys for a room you should double check and make in fact people are not already occupying that room before giving it out to someone else. Other than that loved the place and would come back again.
The staff was pleasant. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was showing a little wear and tear but not bad just some minor little things. The breakfast was good and there were nice options. I would absolutely stay here again.
