First and foremost I would like to thank everyone at this Marriott. They are top notch. I’ve been traveling for work for the past year and ended up staying at this gem for nearly 2 months. HUGE shoutout to Carissa for always putting up with my high maintenance a**. Every request I always had was taken care of right away. Monica and Charlotte at night are amazing as well and I want to thank you guys too. Heather in sales is what got me hooked on this hotel, so thank you ma’am. The bar tenders are nothing but amazing and friendly and make great drinks; Mike, Marco, Jessica, and Marcos thank you. You guys made me feel like family and I appreciate that. I will miss you guys
My room was great. Kevin at the front desk was very friendly yet still professional. The shuttle van driver was great as well. The restaurant has amazing food and amazing service. Prices are ok... no kids menu but my son tends to have an open pallet for food so it worked out. Highly recommend the boom boom shrimp tacos or the tortellini. With COVID 19 I wish they better explain the services still offered. Your room will not be cleaned for the duration of your stay, only prior. And if you need any towels or anything extra you will have to request it. I checked out Thursday August 20th and I was told 5-7 business days for my deposit. Once I noticed I never received it I called and asked and they say it’s 7-10 business days depending on your bank. Which is a little weird to me cause most places my deposit is refunded instantly.
Clean rooms, beds were comfy, pillows were extra fluffy (like sleeping on a cloud). Staff was EXCELLENT!! We did the park & fly option. After 24 hours of traveling back (and still a 2.5 hour drive home), they were fast to pick us up from the airport and gave us some cold waters for our ride home. This was my second time here and we will definitely be using them anytime we fly out of Orlando. Thank you!
If anybody is looking for bargain deals for hotels go to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made a reservation for a hotel on there and they had the lowest rates worldwide! Very sanitary with Great cdc guidelines x10. We felt like we were the only ones staying there with the lower percentage of customers. Great pools even for toddlers. And Great service for for and beverages. Defiantly highly recommended
