The hotel is older but they have updated bathrooms and the beds were comfortable and clean. We stayed in the suite which had 2 full bedrooms, living room and kitchenette, microwave and fridge. The restaurant had fantastic food, we thought we would have to leave to eat out but the food was so good we ate there. The pool is great for kids, a nice slide to go down. Breakfast is included and it was pretty good. Even though it is near the airport we barely heard the planes. This is a great place to stay to go to Silverwood in Idaho (45 min drive)

Right at the airport which is convenient. Beautiful grounds. Rooms are nice size. But it's an old building and not soundproof at all. You can't hear outside, but the room above us, you could hear them walking around and talking and getting in the shower at 430am! And also you can hear everything that goes on in the hallway. Every time someone walks by or talks or opens a door. So bring earplugs.

Checked in after midnight and was extremely tired. Front desk was so helpful and kind. Did a speedy check in. We realized the room was a bit small for us and she immediately got us into a larger room with two beds... all within minutes. Amazing staff. Can't wait for breakfast in the morning, the last time we stayed here it was phenomenal. Parking was a breeze, beds are comfy, room is clean. Great job Ramada. We will definitely be coming back

The staff was great. Paul at the front desk was especially helpful. They provide shuttle service to nearby restaurants and stores which is super helpful to not rack up a ton of Uber charges (which seem expensive locally). The hotel is a strange mix of both nice and tired. Like it had a great breakfast and dining area, a nice outdoor area with fire pits and corn hole boards, a bar (although it was closed for minor repairs while I was there, it looked good), and conference rooms. But then like the trim on the bathroom door in my room needed painting. The room was clean and spacious. I dinged it a star because the shower head was as basic as they come and the aforementioned paint job that was needed. For location I gave it 4 stars because although it is right next to the airport (as close as possible, can walk to baggage check in 5 min) and there are plenty of nearby shops and restaurants, it is quite far from the city center. If you are staying for airport access it's 5 stars.

Security is a lacking concern. During my recent stay, i returned to find that a key card was handed out to my room to somebody not on my reservation. The man at the front desk told me that they have been having this issue. The manager on duty didn't seem to see how this was an issue and now the hotel manager will has not responded with any solution. Customer was good until there was an problem to solve.
