Arrived at the store 5 minutes before stated closing time for 1 item. I knew exactly where it was located and was able to pay with a card in case they had already counted and shut down the cash registers till. I ran up to the doors to be greeted with the employees leaving the store, before posted hours. I asked if I was able to run in for one item very quickly since they weren’t supposed to be closed for another 5 minutes and was turned away rudely. Incredibly dissatisfied in the way they treat their customers and are far more concerned with leaving work early than making another sale. Lazy, rude, unprofessional workers. Pretty bummed since I live down the road and between my family and I we shop at this store easily 5 days out of the week. Do better Raley’s, hire employees that go above and beyond not cut corners, are lazy and do the absolute bare minimum.

This place in Oroville off my Myers has been making more made to order suishi! Yum! Large deli and hot items. Great selection of beer and wine with wallet friendly prices! I like the fresh produce and surprisingly good selection of vitamins! Btw wells fargo bank is inside this store.

The cupcakes that were being baked for my grandson's birthday got ruined. They were supposed to go to his school for the class to enjoy. I called Raley's and asked their bakery department of they could do 30 cupcakes today. When their cake decorator (Rachel) heard our plight she immediately started to figure out how to help. I was very grateful for her assistance and willingness to help. Thanks to Rachel the day is saved!

Had a party and needed to pick up a small cake. The chocolate ganache, white cake with chocolate on top was a hit. The flavors were great and the cake was moist. It went well with strawberries and blackberries.

Nice place. Less produce quality than Raleys used to have and be famous for. Still it’s my go to in Oroville for many things. I would not buy wine here when there are a Grocery Outlet and Smart and Fi nAl in town. Raleys is twice or three times as expensive for wines.
