I really enjoy the entire experience. The food was so tasty. They had a small portion of the kind of meat I wanted. The person behind the counter heard me say it looked old. He made me fresh. It was such good beef. My 89 year old auntie was treated with kindness and respect. I really appreciate the patience. Thank you for an excellent experience. We will be back.

The food is fairly good at the Oroville Panda Express. The green beans need their stems removed for sure! We eat there often. But most recently we used the drive thru and a down right mean woman named, Ka, yelled at me for asking for a second fortune cookie. It was an order for two. There were two meals and only one fortune cookie. When I requested a second cookie, she said "one meal, one cookie!" I showed her the red box of food and the platter ordered. She still insisted I was only allowed one cookie. I told her we place the same order several days a week and always receive at least two cookies. She yelled at me in broken English (she seemed flustered and I was nothing but polite) and then proceeded to throw a handful of cookies at me. I quickly put the to-go bag under her hands and caught the five cookies. I only asked for ONE! This woman should not work with the public!

They were busy yes but customer service during our turn was excellent! Great staff working their best they were really nice and friendly. Food was better compared to other pandas happy happy...
