I had chicken tenders with a soda. My husband had a BLT with a beverage, too. The food & environment was awesome. This is our new to go place. My husband is a Chicago Bears fan, I am a Packers Backer. See you again.
Satisfying Hometown Bar. Our first visit was great and we will definitely be back. Right at the corner of University and Danz, it was easy to find and had a decent sized parking lot. The place was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious, clean, and bright. Not a ton of seating but there were a handful of tables plus space at the bar. We were made welcome immediately. The bartender came cover which when we sat down. Drinks were brought quickly along with the appetizer, fried pickle chips that's were big chunks, but tasty. Our meals also came quickly, were good quality (yes, get the mushroom brie soup!) and satisfying. Prices were a little higher than the typical, casual bar, but the quality was better than the typical bar so it was worth the price. Service was fantastic - the bartender checked on us frequently and was very friendly. As I said, we'll definitely go back.
Such a hidden gem! Everything on their menu has been fantastic, and the friendly waitresses/bartenders just make the experience even better. Lunch service is fast and the portions are really big, definitely worth it!
I had a very enjoyable experience at this pub and grill. The food was delicious and my bartender/owner was a delight to talk to. She explained to me the history of the bar and what all went into it. I'm excited to return. I had the butter burger with a salad and waffle fries.
Neat place! Lots of room to sit. It was quiet, the music was low so it was easy to talk. Huge menu! Our food came out hot and delicious. Parking was easy too. Can't wait to go back.
