Treated with such kindness and respect. Car had broken down on the interstate. I book the room on the side of the road, tow truck driver took us to the hotel and the room was ready for my wife , pup, and myself. This was a Sunday morning and no auto shops were open. They stepped up big. 3 restaurants right out front .
Stopped here for a night while road tripping with my husband. Many families were also staying there the night we did. Room was very clean it just smelled faintly of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room, the bed was a firmer type mattress if you like that sort of thing. It was uncomfortable for us but we are side sleepers. Came with microwave, fridge, and small 1 cup coffee maker. The lobby was very clean and nice looking. The service was great everyone we ran into was very hospitable and nice. Breakfast was pretty good: biscuits and gravy, eggs, toast and bagels and cream cheese, yogurt and pre peeled boiled eggs and a waffle maker. Coffee tea and juices as well. Not a luxury hotel but I’d stop here again!
Very friendly people. Lobby, surround common area, and rooms are very clean. Lots of visual upgrades. Breakfast was included. Station to charge your electric vehicle. The great steak restaurant is next door. Would definitely recommend it.
We stayed here this past weekend, horrible from start to finish! Only good thing about this motel, is the restaurant that’s in front of it, but from he start, the weirdo that checked us in kept staring at me and my wife, and was doing something with his leg! We paid for two nights at this room!! Well the next morning we went to check out their breakfast which was as good as any tv dinner would be! I assume because the desk clerk had to cook it and you can pretty much tell she doesn’t know how to do anything!! Then after breakfast the deducted 220$ out of our account, then we was leaving one day early because of this and she was suppose to refund us for a night but instead she deducted another nights stay from us! So basically one night has costed us so far 400$ something dollars! Our bank even told the lady that she was charging us, but of course she wasn’t trying to hear any of it! So now the fraud department will handle The money she wasn’t authorized to take out! Garbage MOTEL. Garbage clerk. And garbage food they say is continental! Do not stay at the place it’s awful!have one star cause 0 stars wasn’t a option!
We thought we had a great stay, until the man working the desk and breakfast (Saturday 4/6/24) walked out of the bathroom, past the sink and looked me dead in the eye without washing his hands then went to prepare more food. The sink is outside the bathroom. The rooms were cozy and nice for a stop of our road trip.
