Comfortable Beds. Friendly Staff. Great Management. Yummy Breakfast. Great Location. The air conditioning went out in our room and we called the front desk who came up right away to fix it. He couldn't fix it and offered us a new room 2 doors down. The ac was perfect in that room. Then the neighbors upstairs kept stomping around at 10:30pm so we called the desk again (we had to be up at 5am so we were already in bed). The manager (I think) went right upstairs and told them to keep it down. They immediately stopped and we fell asleep. This is the most responsive, attentive, kind staff I've met at a hotel for awhile. I used to work at choice hotels, ascend collection and we specialized in customer service. This staff and management had the excellence of a 5 star hotel!
I can't believe all the bad reviews because this place is great. The building is old, but super clean. It's probably the cleanest hotel I've ever been in and the staff will even let you clean your own room if you want. This place also had really sturdy comfortable beds, decent WiFi, cable TV, and free parking. It's family owned and they're very friendly people that tell you good morning and will talk to you and exchange stories with you. And there's also free meals here too. It's a great place. Recommended.
I like that we didn't get a room that has the open access. The room was not that very clean as it should have been. There were hair on the towels, the coffee maker was dirty and dusty. Bed looks brand new. Cable is pretty basic. Head boards had viable hand prints on them. But I guess not so bad for the price.
The hotel is in desperate need of new carpeting everywhere! It does look like they are putting new laminate flooring. The bathrooms need new tubs/showers. The bed was very comfortable, slept really well. The breakfast was decent. Overall pretty good
A great, pet friendly hotel with very affordable accommodations for all of the amenities. The staff are polite and very professional. Housecleaning is prompt and visit every day to make sure guests needs are met. Their breakfast is exceptional! Biscuits and gravy, breakfast sausages, scrambled eggs, waffles, cereals, bagels, yogurt... Highly recommended! Thanks for the great stay.
