I love ❤️ this store! Great products now and Chrissy is such an asset to this store!! Chrissy is a very friendly and professional clerk and she is very knowledgeable!! I would definitely go back and I would definitely send business their way!

I believe it is important for businesses to prioritize customer service and foster a welcoming environment for all customers. My experience at Pump and Save Gas Station and Vape Store did not meet these expectations in the least. I will wait an hour to post my review so my words are as tactful as well as respectful which is more than the store clerk Chrissy ( who showed me her name tag with her middle finger) graced my daughter and I with today. Let me start out by saying I was a very loyal customer to this gas station/vape store. Today, I spent $120 at the pump to fill my truck and $84 in the store immediately after fueling. With a very large truck and a job that has me on the he road most of my day I spend at the very least $400/week on gas. My daughter and I were met at the vape section of the store immediately with the most impatient attitude I have EVER experienced from any customer service employee in my life. Her continued grunting and trying to push us through was not only rude but disrespectful as I had not even read a single flavor before she started to make the noises of a dog with a cold. She rushed us to choose our vapes and then refused to exchange a defective one we had bought and tried before leaving the store. She stood still in front of us not even attempting to solve this problem and stated her "Boss said no" without even so much of batting her eye or looking at any means of communication to state her Boss's input into this situation . had to go back Iinto the store to request a receipt to send my Lost Mary disposable vape to the manufacturer by . mI didn't get a receipt as I can only speculate that would have taken an extra 14 seconds of her time. Today was the last straw! I would rather pay extra money to be treated like a fellow human than ever deal with this clerk again .

Ok smoke shop selection, but dont go in there asking for a job application if you're not indian or close friends with the owner. Edit: When asked about an application, yall suddenly act like you dont speak english. It's run by (probably low-cast) Indians and you get exactly what you would expect from that type of place. Broken vapes ( hits 10x then dies/is burnt ) and bad customer service is something this place has in spades.

This used to be great neighborhood store before it was bought. Now they are always out of inventory. Plus anytime we have a coupon for something, they state they don't know how to take it off. It's like try to do everything they can not to honor coupons. It's the last time I will be going there. Especially since there is a Maverick so close.

Terrible customer service, clerk as about helpful as poop on a shoe. If you wanna go to a gas station, pump gas pay for it and end up with no gas…… I suggest this gas station. 👍🏼 I am filing a complaint with the Colorado department of labor and employment division of oil and public safety.
