The Provo Amtrak station was dirty and quite nasty. The only good thing was a heated light. A harmless homeless man trying to keep warm on the floor and another homeless man showed up and almost sat on top of my luggage to try and get under the heat lamp. Weird.
I love to go on all transportation, but today it happened to me that a bus driver discriminated me for not having funds on my bus card(I think this has happened to all of us at one time or another), I use my card many times but I didn't realize that I had no funds and he told me that if I don't have money I should not get on his buses.

The station is relatively clean and I havent had many problems riding with UTA. However, the sign system they have to tell you which train leaves 1st is very unreliable. On top of that, they hardly ever announce when the train is leaving or which is leaving so you dont miss it. Could definitely use some work to improve this.
The Front Runner is the best public transit. Good deals and promotions. Clean and safe. Efficient. Every now and then some slow downs but better than traffic on the I-15. Plug in outlets and tables to work.
