The service is always friendly here, atmosphere is clean, modern and spiritual. Only downside is that it's a busy location (only main distribution center in middle of Utah Valley!!) so you may have to wait in lines to buy garments somtimes.
They have what you expect them to have. I bought new pants but they don’t come in finished lengths nor do they offer the ability to finish them for you. Their staff seems like mostly service missionaries and they’re not well trained in many cases. Their prices seem high enough to be able to afford some trained staff.
Deseret Book is awesome! They have the best paintings and religious books. Every time I go in I find something I want to buy. It’s not more expensive than any other bookstore. The employees are so friendly.
I am active lds and yes, I have tattoos, but I have never felt more judged in a store in my life. I won't be back
I love to visit Deseret Book! I live outside of Utah and get the chance about once a year and I soak it in! Got some great books to study!
