I stopped in for some lunch between training sessions at the neighboring ATA Parlin. The staff was friendly and service was pretty quick despite the surge of customers. The plain pizza features good cheese and sauce with a crispy base. Though there are some spots that are softer and don't hold up well / fold when trying to eat. The vodka pizza was pretty good! The sauce was tasty and the cheese slices, though they did slide a bit, tasted good. Primo's has decent pizza overall and I would happily eat here again.
I love their pizza! I mostly get it thin and crispy crust with just cheese. it is always perfect just the way I like it. Since my favorite Italian place closed… Venice over by the quick check on main street, I have been looking for a new place to get my Italian food. I have yet to try their main dishes but I do love their pizza!
The food is good, I'll give them that. The staff is friendly. However, I have been here 4 times since they reopened and my order was given to me incorrectly TWICE. 50% success rate for me. So statistically speaking, I'm done with this place. I mean, I've lived in the area for 2 years now. The other pizzerias in town have never gotten my order wrong more than once in such a short time span or else I'd be giving them a review. My recommendation would be for the staff at Primo's to check over all orders before handing them to the customer. I mean, it's not like it was super busy the 4 times I went in. Maybe someday, I'll come back.
Pizza was excellent. That's what the three stars vote is for. Unfortunately, we wanted the extra large 18" pie and that fell short, it was just that small 15-16" pie that they all have shrunken to because of cost cutting into profit. One of our pies was to have full Pepperoni and meatballs but I guess they ran short that day, if you are going to charge me $6 bucks for add on's, put them on. Strike 1. Also the $14. Order or Calamari was half of what everyone else in town gives you for $10. Strike 2. We asked for extra sauce, glad to pay for it if necessary, but no extra sauce. Lastly, The wings were less than sub par, very greasy and tiny, we requested the hot sauce be left off and on the side but someone didn't see that message. Strike 3. Overall... The pizza was very good but that's it.
This is our first time ordering from primo pizza because they claim to have NY water delivered every Tuesday. Ordered half a pepperoni pie, delivered with no pepperoni... the pizza was not good at all on top of that. We also ordered wings that we asked to have well done and it tasted mushy & soaked in oil. Never again.
