Excellent service. #1 fries with no #2 in sight. Cooked in peanut oil. Also, they have malt vinegar by ketchup, mix them together with your fries! Order reg size because it will be plenty, a ton in the bag. Burgers are good, pick your toppings and taste fresh. Bonus: free peanuts when you walk in.

Paid for a bacon cheeseburger and salted caramel shake. Gave me a plain cheeseburger. No bacon. Then made me another burger with bacon but then gave me stale buns. Smh. Had to use the fresh buns from the first plain cheeseburger and switch them out. They Forgot about my shake. Asked for it and they gave me a vanilla instead of salted caramel. What a joke. Never going back to that location again. And to think I tipped them ahead of time as well. Pathetic. If only I could give a 0 for service.

This was my first time trying out five guys and I must say, they did a pretty good job. It was a takeout order placed online a couple of months ago. The place was big and surprisingly, open to dine in at that time. My order was prepared well ahead of time since I was the only customer there and probably the first one lol. I had a couple of cheeseburgers and some fries. The burger patty tasted good and the bun was soft. The fries also were decent. The prices seemed a little high for a burger/ sandwich joint. They had restrooms open and the staff was following all the Covid precautions. I had a pleasant experience.

Worst service ever, we put in a big order for the emergency room and once again those that want 20 dollars an hour went ahead and mess up the entire order. The restaurant decided that they where gonna make there own burgers and give it to us instead of making what we ordered. Half the order had bacon and some can't eat bacon, other order had pickles and two of the doctors are allergic and no one asked for pickles yet we all got pickles, and one of the shakes clearly had a hair sitting right at the top. Worst service by far

Best burger in the world. Better than Anyone's. Price high but worth it and don't forget greasy fries . Soggy but so so good
