I keep going back and trying to give them chances, but at this point, that entire place is incompetent!! My order is ALWAYS wrong. Every single time I go, I'm missing most of my order. I just ordered a 2 can dine and I only received the wings (with the wrong sauce on it) and a biscuit. HOW do you miss the tenders, dipping sauces, sides...????? It's on the receipt, if I can see it then so can you.

I came to pick up a large order for a very memorable day. Their friendly service was much appreciated, and assured the order was accurate. They didn't take long, and my experience was very satisfactory. Highly recommended.

I mistakenly ordered from this location on 4/30/24 through my app while running errands after a long day at the office and trying to get back home. I often forget about this location as it’s not somewhere I pass often and it is typically out of the way for me. However, the order was placed and paid for so I rushed across town hoping my mistake wouldn’t make me late to pick up my daughter from dance on the way home. But from the moment I entered the drive thru, I was greeted by a team of smiling faces that truly cared about making sure my order was not only out in a timely manner but cooked to perfection. The manager also assisted the gentleman who walked my order out and I immediately knew why her team was so pleasant. Ms. Jennifer Smith went above and beyond to make sure my experience at her store met my expectations. Her management skills spoke volumes. It’s not often you encounter a fast food restaurant with outstanding customer service from each and every employee. It starts at the top, so thank you Ms. Jennifer for such awesome service. I can assure you I’ll make it a point to order from this location in the future even though it’s out of my way.

My experience was everything to walk in and everybody greeting me with smiling faces. The employees were very pleasant and nice so are the managers. I went in and ordered a two piece spicy white, and I was asked if I would like to make it a three piece for a dollar more. Which I did the chicken was hot in fresh season to perfection. This is my favorite location.

I came in today with my family. We were a party of six. As soon as we enter the doors, everyone welcome us with smiling faces. As we were looking at the menu I couldn’t help but to watch the young lady in the black shirt. The way that she was taking orders for the front counter and drive-through at the same time and being able to Multitask very well. We literally stood back and watch her fix 6 different orders back to back and The way that she upsell on every order was amazing. She was very pleasant, sweet and very nice. That’s what you call speed of service and hospitality. My order was over $80 and it was well worth it everything was fresh and hot. She made sure that we did not want for anything. Thank you, Ms E we will be back! And thank you for making my son’s birthday Something to Remember. He can’t stop talking about the five dollars you gave him lol. We hope you enjoy your tip.
