The customer service at this restaurant was above and beyond. It is not a fancy restaurant. Just a little cafeteria downtown. I went for red beans and rice. Even though I was dining in, it came in a to go box with plastic silverware. I’m guessing they do not have regular dinnerware and silverware. I was surprised to have a small salad and yummy piece of sponge cake. The food was very good, but the two cashiers were so exquisitely friendly with all green flags. They encouraged me to try the commended lemonade, but when I ordered a Coke offered a raspberry lemonade sample. It was delicious. Very pleasant experience.

Absolutely amazing!!! My boyfriend and I love going to this restaurant. The owner and employees are always welcoming and polite! The food is always amazing, always cooked right and the presentation is wonderful! Every meal is so heart warming. I will always go back for the experience. Thank you!! Update: TRY THE NEW STRAWBERRY COLADA LEMONADE!! Very delicious 😋

This is one of the best places I’ve eat in a long time! The food was delicious (and at a steal considering the amount you get for the price) and the customer service was awesome. You walk in and feel so welcome. We’re visiting from out of town and will definitely be coming back here the next time we’re in the area.

I was greeted at the register like a long time friend. The food was excellent the atmosphere was comfortable. Everyone in or group really enjoyed their orders. The red beans & rice and Mac & cheese were the best I'd ever had. I found myself scrapping the bottom of the bowl. What really sold it for me was the warmest greeting and the most honest thanks for our service! I'll be back every time I come into town.
