What a difference. Yesterday, at the location on Marsh Ln and George Bush Turnpike, it was a disaster. Today, in this location, the person taking the order understood english perfectly and I received my order extremely fast and 0 mistakes in the order. THANK YOU! KEEP UP.THE GREAT WORK

Aggressive incompetence. The employees change, but the same levels of poor service persist, thus the common thread is management/ownership. I could write a list of all the times my order was incorrect, something was missing or wrong, the time I had to go through the drive through not once, not twice, but three times to get my order correct or all the times I had to park and go in to get my order correct. However, I have no desire to turn this review into a novel with chapters and pages so I will just leave it at this - the Popeyes in Greenville, TX is a cry for help when it comes to fast food service but they don't want help, so go anywhere else to get your chicken and allow this poor shell of a restaurant to die in peace.

The cheese burgers are really good. Kinda stangy with the meat but the buns and veggies are fresh. The frys are double fried very soft. Fork fries, but good. I would highly recommend this place. Recently remodeled made big difference.

Ordered on the app, was hoping it would help getting my order correct, I was wrong. Ordered 2 regular chicken sandwiches, one with no mayo, I got 1 regular sandwich with mayo and a spicy sandwich with mayo. The Mac and cheese consisted of about 15 pieces of macaroni with dried slab of "cheese" on top. My 2 large drinks came in medium cups. The 6 spicy pieces of chicken were not spicy and in fact lacked any flavor at all. It tasted like eating hot grease. Rice was very dry with the red beans and rice. Was also missing biscuits as well. The staff seemed like they had better things to do then the job. Was really in the mood for fried chicken this was just terrible.

I ordered ghost pepper wings and mashed potatoes and gravy period I got home and they gave me wings without the ghost pepper sauce and rice and beans. Tried to call but they don't even answer their phone.
