The staff at Phil’s have always been polite to me. The service is swift. The text alert system works well. I love having a neighborhood pharmacy where the pharmacist knows me. The only downside is that the hours are more limited than a big chain store.

Such a nice place to go for a vaccination. Everyone was professional and friendly. They have a nice selection of merchandise, too, but most of all, the people make this place! Thanks!

When things go right, it's great. When something goes wrong with our insurance company, though, we feel completely left alone to fend for ourselves. The people at Phil's Pills pretty much shrug and say they don't know why but that our insurance says to charge this much, or the computer says we don't have coverage.

First I want to start off by saying the staff is beyond courteous and polite to all customers. With that said Phil's Pills is a no nonsense pharmacy when it comes to filling a narcotic Rx's. Not one time has the owner or any other employee made me feel uncomfortable or judged when filling my Rx's. So if you are being reasonable with them they will be reasonable right back to you. Also they have always had all my family's Rxs in stock and if not they get that medicine back in stock by the next day. I also found out today that they have a compounding lab on site to compound Rx Medicines and also have the ability to compoud Apothecary alternatives. I gave 5 stars because there is not a "THE BEST--#1 PHARMACY" rating button to press.
