The stay was everything. The bed was comfortable. Hospitality was great. A lot of care concern. If anything was wrong there was always accommodation. Mrs.Janet was my favorite all the staffs are great. It’s just Miss Janet. I had more conversation with her. I will always come to the tree when I come to St. Louis Missouri thank you Peartree for a great and wonderful day.
🤮. I hate this Inn. It isn't nice at all. The room looks deceiving what's shown on the website. I would not pay to stay in this Inn. Unfortunately, my flight with Delta was delayed several times today. And Delta gave us a voucher to stay in this nightmare Inn. The sheets have a funky smell, and it's making me feel itchy as I am in bed. I don't know if they changed the sheets or not. Or if they did. Did they use detergent??? Then why does it smell so darn awful 😖. The sheets feel so harsh to my skin. I might go home with rashes. I just feel so uncomfortable and unclean.
As a 'hotel snob' I am hard to impress! This facility was spotless, fully staffed, friendly and quick check in and check out! The rooms were clean and big, beds comfortable. Shockingly quiet! Will definitely be returning!
We stay here when we travel out of state. They are very close to the St Louis airport and offer a great shuttle service 24/7. The continental breakfast is a basic continental breakfast. Good, no thrills. They also have complimentary drinks in the evenings if you're interested in that. We always end up in the same room, so we can't tell you how the others are, but room 110 is always clean and comfortable. Even though it is near downtown, it is a very safe area. Due to a flight cancellation, I stayed here for one very quick night and could not be more traumatized upon leaving and finding a bedbug! After 60 seconds of seeing one, I ran out, so unable to confirm multiple sightings, but worse nightmare achieved here. The receptionist fully refunded my stay, which is the right thing to do, but could not replace this sighting and being paranoid still days later. If you must stay here, please check all areas around the bed(s) and wear socks just in case or honestly just don’t stay here at all and risk it - Not worth it! Never ever staying here again!
