Walking in, the place was fairly clean. There were no messes on any of the seats, and the area with drinks and such seemed to be tidy for the most part. The service was good as well; the person at the counter spoke a bit too quietly for me to hear at some points, but was very friendly and helpful. He brought us our order to our table a few minutes later with no mistakes or anything, which was great. Overall, nothing to complain about with the atmosphere or service. It’s the typical chain restaurant, just with noodles and such. The food was satisfying as well. We ordered our meals small, which were indeed quite, well, small. However, my mother and I are pretty tiny, so they were perfect for us. Decent visit overall. I’d come here again. Chicken Potstickers — 8/10. These were some nicely tasting chicken potstickers. The insides were stuffed with a decent amount of chicken alongside some vegetables, making a good combination. The soy sauce also paired well with them. There was nothing off about the texture, and the skin felt smooth and moist like most other potstickers. Not bad, I enjoyed them. Korean BBQ Meatballs — 8/10. The sauce for the meatballs was thick and flavorful. This was a small but tangy and interesting dish to start the meal. I enjoyed the slightly sweet kick the sauce gave the meatballs, and I would probably order these again. Nothing life-changing, but a unique food that I enjoyed. 3-Cheese Tortelloni Pesto (No Mushrooms) — 8/10. They aren’t lying when they say this is the small size. The portion was not as big as I expected, but maybe other restaurants just have large “small” portions. These were filling nonetheless, and honestly the perfect amount for me along with the other dishes I ordered. Cheesy and warm, they were comforting noodles. Nothing special about them that sets them apart from other restaurants, but they filled my stomach and were very pleasant and creamy inside. This dish was satisfying and overall what I expected. No complaints here.

My daughter and I have been really into pasta lately, and we've tried quite a few dishes from Noodles & Company. I usually order on the app and do quick pickup and it is always ready on time. My daughter's favorite is the Chicken Parmesan without the chicken. There's not an option to remove the chicken on the app, but the store manager told me I could put it in the notes, and sure enough, we've done that 3-4 times now, and they've always gotten the order correct. My favorite is the Pesto Cavatappi. I love that you can add and remove things on the app which is really nice for food allergies or sensitivities. We haven't dined in the restaurant, but I noticed that they have a Coke Freestyle machine which is always fun. Employees are always friendly and give great customer service!

It was really good but cold. If they had kept their food warm it would be 10 times better. The service was great the employees got you your order in less than a minute. You could tell that they wanted to be there it was so nice. Great atmosphere but floor was sticky.

I love this place. Jaxon, Sal, Tara,Shianne, and Gracie have the BEST customer service. The food is excellent. Reasonably price. Definitely get the Cheesy garlic bread. Glad I discovered this place

I love Love this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious and fresh. And the customer service is always top notch. Rick served my wife and I, even honored a picture of a coupon I had left at home. Rick was helpful and courteous every step of the way. When the soda machine ran out of the soda I liked I mentioned it to him as he politely dropped our food off at our table, he kindly acknowledged it and thanked me for letting him know. He then immediately exchanged the soda, asked us how we were doing with our meals, and let me know that the cream soda had been replaced and was ready to go for me. I watched Rick help other customers as well and this experience was not unique. Rick took care of every guest and made me feel like a million bucks on a $10 meal. If the food wasn’t enough of a reason to come back, this type of customer service will bring me back in the door time and time again! Amazing job!
