The employees have always helped me and been friendly and kind. I have been a customer for 9 years. They even offered me a discount for a special order. I didn't even know about this possibility. So I've been saving money on a product that is way too expensive everywhere else.

I love the lemons and ginger and Sourdough bread at Good Earth, and I appreciate getting tips on which vitamins to buy. I also appreciate how friendly and kind the cashiers are. The part I need to address is constantly feeling like workers are following me around as I go through the store. If possible, it would be better if they restock in less busy times. I was in the store 5 minutes today and 3-4 workers got in my way walking all over the store in that 5 minutes. In addition, I was slammed with an additional $19 on my bill because apparently the last time I was in the store, my purchase didn't complete. I was completely unaware. They had apparently been calling my home phone (which I never pay attention to). And they sent an email to my old email address that I never check. If I were a cashier at Good Earth, I would be sure that doesn't happen. I was probably in a rush as I usually am with 3 kids at home and a full time job. Some of the cashiers like to talk a lot and they move at half speed checking out and bagging groceries. I do not mean to insult anyone by saying this. I just beg people to be more efficient and to realize how difficult it is for many customers to take time to shop. We don't have a lot of time to socialize when we are trying to get back to our families to spend what little time we have with them.

I’m a regular customer that usually doesn’t need help. The cashiers and any other employee I have encountered have been very kind and cordial. I walked in to ask some questions about immunity supplements. Made eye contact with an employee. She offered assistance. I said I had questions about immunity products comparable to airborne that I buy at Walmart. She pointed at a shelf and before I could respond turned her head and began a new conversation with a coworker. Would not make eye contact with me again and when I tried to interject just spoke to her coworker louder. The cashier said her name was Jace I believe. I work Next door so the likelihood of me being back is high if I need a snack or a drink. I definitely won’t be back for anything I may need assistance with. There are plenty of places I can shop that care about their customers more than flirting with a coworker. Booooooooo hissssssssss

Great little health food store. I almost didn't stop because they looked closed. They are doing a lot of remodeling but it's a lot worse on the outside then it is on the inside. The staff is insanely knowledgeable. The selection is great! I was looking for a few specific things and even though they didn't have them, one of the girls at the information desk ( I don't remember her name but she had a gorgeous phoenix tattoo on her arm) went out of her way to show me around and give me names of local a local essential oil company. She really made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. They also serve local brewed kambucha. My wife and I got the lemon ginger which was really refreshing

Lots of great products here! And the hydroflask's are great prices. The employees were very nice. Found everything I needed easily. The store was nice and clean. I will definitely be going back, and I recommend them to everyone!
