Extremely rude owner. A foreigner who talks to customers like they are his employees. Has been giving me the runaround about a credit owed to me because I returned earlier. See customer service response: We received your request for a partial refund for your reservation 6593832, however the payment was not processed through our system. The NOLA Airport Parking collects the payments on reservations, our system is the software that allows them to have online reservations. You will need to contact them directly to get your refund. We apologize for any confusion and have included the company email on this reply to assist you. This guy is a crook. We all need money in just glad I don't need it as bad as this guy.

You should only use if you have an extra hour of your time available. The minivan runs at their own pace. We waited 20 minutes for our ride on both ends whereas other companies had vehicles running every 5 minutes.

I booked this place through The Parking Spot app, which hadn't failed me until this experience. I am not sure how this company became a partner with them either. The lot is very small, hard to navigate without inching your way back and forth, and not very well-kept (i.e. old, uneven cement). There is a single 6-passenger van that takes people back and forth, and you need to call when you get to the pickup zone for them to come. The ride takes about 15 minutes. I did not have to wait long, but can see from the other reviews on here that I got lucky. The rate I was given was $12.50 per day for uncovered parking, which should have come out to a little over $50 with taxes for 4 days. With taxes and other hidden fees, I was charged $62.88, which came out to almost $16 per day. I asked for an itemized receipt and the employee was not able to procure one. The total was just hand-written on my ticket. I will not be using this parking service again, and would not recommend others do so either. Listen to the reviews, there are other parking options available at this airport that would give you twice as good service delivery at almost half the price.

Won't honor what the employees say. In garage lights/counts aren't consistently accurate. Varied experience with their workers. If I had a choice with my close parking I'd choose another provider.

Will not ever use again. Arrived no attendant on-site to drop me off! You will miss a flight. And if you pull into the lot you are stuck. Due to the spikes on the pull in entry and a gate to get out. There is no attendant to open the gate. Once that persons leave for the airport run no one else is at the property. So you will be stuck in the parking lot ( like me) until someone returns which I was told will be 15-20 mins. Extremely a inconvenience!
