PROS: Manager is flexible and keeps the place pretty cleaned up outside. He's strict, but it keeps most of the trouble out, which a positive. It's quiet and well located and next to everything. One of the better places here. Offers good monthly rates and Wi-Fi. CONS: rooms could be cleaner and some remodeling could be done to enhance the place. Other then that, we're happy with our stay.
Horrible experiece. I went here with my husband and 7 month old. There was a family close by that was very loud and obnoxious. We werent there even an hour before we realized how ghetto the place was and knew we didnt want to stay. When we asked for our money back the owner flipped. Very rude, instantlly defensive, and was in denial that there was any problem. We just wanted a quiet comfortable place with our baby. He refused to give us our money back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
The manager is nice, but we checked in and there was a glass beer bottle full of urine, a broken toilet seat, broken TV stand, and damaged night stands... Would never recommend this motel to any one due to all the damage...
Positive: Clean, comfortable bed, fast warming heater, morning coffee, microwave, fridge, pet friendly Negative: Phone not answered, must walk-in, long wait for hot water, shower with weak pressure, tv did not work, internet was weak for iPad but ok for phone
Not really Knights Inn but really Nights Inn. Dirty rooms, badly needing remodeling or motels need to be shut down. Most lights did not work, heater electric portable sits on table in front of window curtain. Just dangerous scary place. Ended up changing to a safer cleaner hotel and they refused to refund and I never used anything.
