Simple but good menu - pizza and salads. The pesto with roasted tomatoes and pistachios was my favorite. Great amber ale and IPA! Dogs allowed on the patio :)

We stopped here on our way through town; Devils coral stout was delightful...pizza was amazing. Everyone working was friendly and polite. I definitely recommend stopping in for a good brew!

Where do I start with Lassen Ale Works. Absolutely love this place as the family and I were visiting California and ran into this gem. The environment has a little rustic, modern, barn vibe to it which I was really liking a lot. The staff were genuine and really kind. Treated my family and I with the upmost customer service! Great atmosphere!! We had their classic pepperoni pizza with a couple of orders of their chicken wings, YUM!!! The homemade crust was cooked to perfection with a nice crunch to it! The wings were really good along with their crafted beer. Not much of a beer drinker myself but the beer I got that's similar to a Mexican beer, was very refreshing and tasty! Definitely worth come back next time we come to visit! Thank you Lassen Ale Works,

The spicy ha was the star pizza when we went. The margarita was alright too. Pizza was done very quick and the salads were out fast too. The register was a little slow and could be streamlined. Beer was ok as well. Good prices for what you get. One of the best options in town and ignore yelp or waze telling you it’s closed. Used the website

Excellent! We had a flight of mixed beers…all excellent! Amber and Pilsner were probably our favorites but you have to like hoppy beers😁 we had the Margherita pizza and the Cesar Salad. All excellent. Service…the best we’ve had in a long time. When you’ve been on the road for a few days, it’s nice to find a friendly place to eat and who appreciate your business.
