My husband and I travel several times a month, and we are Emerald Club members with National Car Rental. We have few bad experiences outside of Wichita, KS. National should be ashamed of this particular location. On Monday night, after a long day of traveling, we arrived in Wichita. My husband had to work Tuesday morning, so we needed to get our reserved car and get to the hotel for some sleep. NO CAR AVAILABLE. The incompetent woman working the counter had no explanation as to why there was no car available when we had a reservation. She told us to call the manager. When we asked what the manager could do, she said, "Nothing." The only thing National did right was send us to Budget. The Wichita Budget was perfection.

I have been utilizing National RAC for quite a few years and have never experienced the poor service I received at the Wichita Airport location. Cars are dirty and spotted on the outside. Inside windows had a film on them as if they had not been cleaned for months. I am an Emerald Elite member and usually get a nice clean upgraded from the basic choices of cars. They had no cars that fit anything close to that description so I was put into a Mazda CX 30. Filthy outside, fog on interior windows. I am 6'5 tall and it was difficult to get in and out of it. I brought it back the following morning and spoke with a manager explaining why I needed something bigger and CLEANER. The manager didn't even introduce himself and said it was their hard water in the wash that made the cars look so bad. He then went and retrieved a Toyota SUV that was nicer and larger but dirty on the outside with remaining bugs on the windshield from previous rentals. I mentioned that and he essentially just said there's a bigger car. Turned and walked away. Sure wish I had his name.Just rude, non customer centric like he was doing me a favor. The attendant that helped me was very nice and apologetic. Bad experience.

I have never rated a car rental but this location goes beyond to accommodate. Professionalism and hassle free. I rented weekly for 6 weeks for work and never had a bad experience with the service or staff. Keep up the Great work. I appreciated it

Great experience at this location! Osman (Os) was super courteous and helpful. He gave us a free upgrade and even gave some recommendations for things to do in the area. This was the best car rental experience I’ve had, and it was all thanks to Os! Highly recommend this location.

National is always amazing. Their customer service is second to none. They are first class all the way. My cars are always clean and in great shape. If you need to rent a car the best to use is National. Great job
