Personally, I think it is overwhelming to order from here if you are a rookie. However, they were so patient and helpful. The first time, I got a keto berry, and it was delicious. The next time, I put in too many additions for immune, gut health, etc. I personally think I ruined it. The lemonade refreshers are amazing! Don't forget to leave a review, and you get a dollar off once a week. You will appreciate this! Also, Fridays are a free upside. You will appreciate that, too.

The people here were great the smoothies as always are great. But that smell is so bad I wasn't even feeling like drinking my drink after the smell. It smell so bad like mold and sewage it take so much away from the experience. When you ask what the smell is they say "dirty pipes" they need to hire a person to fix this instead of saying "we are use to it and can't smell it" .. sorry your customers can and that isn't sanitary and this place shouldn't be open to the public if it isn't clean! Fix the problem people! Call in someone it's not that hard!

I work near here. I’ve been going a lot because I love their bowls. But each time they put less ingredients in then the time before. I sent an email to complain (of course you can’t submit a picture). That’s an expensive item and then when they don’t even give you the full amount. Because they are trying to make money & use less ingredients. I will not go there & waste my money again !!!

Smoothies are always good. Staff is hit and miss. Sometimes they are nice and helpful, sometimes they say nothing when you get to the window. I use the app and often just run in to get our smoothies so I do not have to wait in the drive thru line. The inside of the store always has a sewer smell, so I would prefer not to come in, but when in a hurry, have no other choice.

I have a lot of new dietary restrictions and am afraid to try new places for fear of becoming ill. Hannah was so kind, accommodating and answered all of my questions. I believe the manager actually made my drink, and he was very kind as well. Looking forward to adding Smoothie King to my weekly rotation!
