National Car Rental is by far the ONLY company I will ever use for future car rentals. When the S*&T hit the fan recently with the computer glitch which cancelled our flights they stepped up and helped where they could. Not only did they allow us to extend our rental by one day without charging us, when we had to drive 500 miles to get on a flight to get home they did not charge us to drop car off at a different location. When we got to Midway Airport in Chicago the employees were AMAZING!! SO SO Courteous and patient while we unloaded and packed up with two kids… Cannot say enough on how AMAZING they were!! Thank you National for providing such an easy experience!

We had a very good experience with one exception. There were about four people in line when we picked up our car. As it turned out, we had a couple without a reservation ahead of us. While they filled out all the paperwork from scratch, we all waited, and waited. In the future, please check in your reserved guests first (we just take a minute or two) and check in those without reservations last. Only makes sense not to keep your reserved Emerald Aisle customers waiting, since we had the courtesy to make a reservation in advance. Car was great, and everything else worked out well. Thank you.

As always, National is my go to. Unfortunately, Traverse City opens at 9:30 which is late to rent for me. Customer service is always great. One item of concern was the Ford Escape automatically locked with the keys inside. I tried to call the TC location with no luck. Fortunately, the back hatch opened up and I climbed thru the back to open the door. THANKS...

Recently had car trouble in Traverse City so I went to the airport to try and rent a car from several rental companies with the same answer, "No cars available". I turned to National Car Rental and they had a few vehicles and were very helpful in getting me into a car and on the way, even when I wasn't sure what my plans were. I thought all the staff, both at rental time and drop-off, were friendly and cared. I thought National did a great job with me and earned my loyalty. Thank you National Car Rental!

Great experience. I love National - have been an Emerald Club member for something like 20 years. And Executive for the last 5 or 6 years. Love walking right out and picking a car...and knew that TVC is not set up that way. As my husband waited for our luggage, I got in line. Moved fairly quickly - the agent out front went in the back and brought out 2 more people on Friday June 28th around 1:00 PM. I maybe waited 5 minutes and Lilli P helped me. She was wonderful - friendly, thanked me for my years of loyalty. And offered a few options for cars...wound up with an almost new Nissan Rogue which was great. Her smile and service totally overcame any concern about not having the Executive Aisle option...
