Very helpful! We were north of Cortez when we noticed a brake caliper leaking. Not good with all the upcoming grades up & down. We stopped at Napa in Dove Creek, but unfortunately they didn’t have the part. Mike called the Monticello location for us, and they had it and held it until we got there. Had the other things we needed too.
We had an issue with our trunk latch and were just passing through town and the gentleman that assisted us was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He even directed us to a great place to have breakfast.
Staci is the best. I was visiting from out of town and got a flat tire on a dirt road high in the Abajo mountains west of town on a Friday night at closing time. She went WAY above the call of duty and was able to bring me a 6-spline lug nut adaptor tool (after hours) so I could change out the tire. I'm sure she can't do stuff like this all the time, but for me it made all the difference and saved an entire day of vacation. NAPA give this woman a raise. She deserves it! Thanks again!!! 🙏😇👍
