My family really enjoyed our overnight stay here. The room was cleaner and fresher-feeling than the rooms of many chain hotels I've stayed in over the years. It helps that the hotel does not allow smoking or pets. The thermostat and TV remote were easy to operate, and the beds were comfortable. Check-in staff was very nice. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area again. Note: the double beds are a full-size. Something to keep in mind if you're sharing a bed with someone. No breakfast is offered, but the low room price meant going out for breakfast (across the road) wasn't an inconvenience.

My stay at the Mt. Rose Hotel in Fayetteville was quite enjoyable overall. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing helpful recommendations for exploring the area. The hotel room itself was comfortable and clean, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing and long drive. The amenities were adequate, though some minor updates could enhance the overall experience. A complimentary breakfast offered could make a great difference. Overall, the Mt. Rose Hotel provided good value for the price, and I would consider staying here again during future visits to Fayetteville.

The lady at check-in was nice enough. But the walls here are paper thin. The couple next to me was up until at least 3am laughing and talking loudly and I could hear them WITH my ear plugs in. Noise from the road is constant. The front desk didn't pick up when I called to address the noisy neighbor situation (I called around 1:30 am and their website says the front office is open until 2AM). I had a long drive ahead and I ended up doing it on very little sleep. I hope this place invests in some sound proofing. Also, some small annoyances - no microwave in the room (entire hotel has to use a communal microwave in the lobby), no alarm clock, not even a box of tissues. I would honestly rather have slept in my car. I think I would have gotten better sleep. Please consider spending your money elsewhere.

I just recently was staying everything was fine room was in great condition but the toilet and sink was always getting stopped up but overall it was a great room…….. Until they kicked me out because of the clothes I have on which was some shorts and a T-Shirt. There is a dress code and the elderly woman is extremely disrespectful and rude

This hotel was super clean! It was in walking distance to the Crown venue. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place!!!
