Ridding Amtrak in the United States compared to other modern industrialized nations like Italy Japan or even China is like comparing these countries to a 3rd world nation. Train travel is so much more advanced, convenient, comfortable, and high tech that, as an American, I am embarrassed by the lack of the us One of the many ways that America is far from "great" the another is that at least 1/2 its population are idiots just look at how they want to reelect the most anti democratic president ever an insurgent and call it for freedoms sake a nation of has beens that tuned away from everything that ever made them great. A country where the most ignorant and hateful are idolized, and scientists and doctors are vilified
Kind, helpful staff that make train travel fairly stress free. Parking directly near the station itself is limited and there is sometimes a wait to check bags so arriving early is advised, but otherwise this is a great train station with friendly folks to help you figure out any problem and get where you're headed.
Nice place friendly staff. Very helpful when getting luggage.safe place the ride share service when you get off the train is awesome also
The gentleman who was in charge of the train station was extremely helpful assisting me with getting home. Very thankful ! 2nd time utilizing the station, phenomenal customer service! Thank you all!
